Bluegrass Barbell Club is a USAW recognized club, training the Snatch and Clean-and-Jerk. These are commonly known as “the Olympic lifts”. We also welcome those wishing to compete in the USAPL, which is the sport of powerlifting in which you train the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
